Muscat sits at the lighter, more floral end of the grape spectrum. This bar-style concentrate is unusually versatile: as a standalone kakigori syrup it produces a delicate, aromatic bowl; as a secondary drizzle it adds a floral note that lifts almost any other flavor. Works particularly well in coffee drinks — the floral sweetness complements espresso without competing with it.

I’m loving this cat flavor, it’s bring me right back to Japan. I’ve been mostly using it in my soda water and I’ve even made a delicious ice cream.
