Sakura is not cherry. The flavors are related but distinct: where cherry is sweet, fruity, and direct, sakura is floral, delicate, and slightly perfumed. This bar-style concentrate captures that character. Over shaved ice, the ice dilutes the intensity to the right level, leaving a kakigori that evokes cherry blossom season in Japan.

It didnt taste like sakura (more like artificial cherry flavor).
