Japanese white peach (hakuto) is one of the most prized summer fruits in Japan. As a kakigori flavor, white peach is the choice of serious dessert shops during July and August. This bar-style concentrate contains 25% white peach juice at dilution — among the highest juice content in the range — which gives it the delicate, authentic flavor that lower-content syrups cannot replicate.
