Based in Japan, we are subject to Japanese law. Every order made by a customer implies explicit acceptance of the general conditions described below.
I. PRODUCTS
We provide products that we believe are of good quality. It is important for every customer to read the description and features of the product they intend to buy. We provide a clear description, including the item’s dimensions, so you know what to expect and can avoid any unpleasant surprises when you open the parcel. Please note that importing a product from Japan may be subject to taxes and customs fees in the delivery country. Product descriptions in Japanese are provided by the manufacturers. We are not responsible for the contents of these Japanese instructions. We provide simple instructions in English with every product, mainly focusing on clear usage precautions. If any products are temporarily unavailable despite an order being placed, we will notify the customer about the expected delay via email. If a product is unavailable and Akazuki cannot offer alternative products of similar quality and price, the purchase cost will be refunded to the customer. Once an order is processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Once the products are shipped, you will receive another email notification.
II. ORDER
How to Purchase?
When you find an item you like, click the "Add to Cart" button. The items you have selected will appear in your cart on the right side of your screen. To finalize your purchase, click on your cart. Then, please ensure that the items, sizes, and quantities are correct. If you have made a mistake, you can remove the item during checkout by selecting "Remove" or "Edit" in your cart. Once the order is confirmed, you will be directed to our secure payment page.
Confirmation:
Once you have entered your address, credit card information, and selected your shipping method, press "Submit," and an email confirmation will be sent to you. If you notice any errors in this confirmation email, please notify us promptly via email.
Payment Method:
Akazuki accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All credit card transactions are securely processed by Shopify Pay or PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment.
III. PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices are initially listed in US Dollars. You can change the currency by selecting your region. Shipping and handling charges are not included in the listed prices. Akazuki does not retain any records of your credit card or other financial information. All financial transactions are securely encrypted and handled by PayPal or Shopify Pay.
If any issues arise during the payment verification process, we will contact the customer. To resolve potential conflicts and combat online payment fraud, the data concerning your order may be shared with secure third parties for verification purposes.
