The SWAN SI-100E is the industry standard for high-volume shaved ice businesses. At 2.2 to 2.8 kg of shaved ice per minute, it produces between 3 and 4 times the output of a manual machine. The upright design provides nearly 10 inches of clearance beneath the shaving disc, making it easy to fill large cups and bowls without repositioning.
Every SI-100E ships with one pre-installed blade and one spare. The integrated drip tray and drain tube manage melt-water and keep the workspace clean during heavy service. NSF approval and CE certification make it compliant for commercial food service in most markets.
At this output level, a two-person operation (one shaving, one assembling) can comfortably serve 80-100 bowls per hour. A foot pedal, available separately, enables hands-free operation and further increases throughput.
